The White Lick Board met on June 8, 2016, at the
home of Sheila Richardville. The May
minutes were approved with the addition of Derry Shrock to the Board members
present. The May financial report was reviewed.
RESIDENT REMARKS:
Sharon
Kennell has a new mower and is now mowing her own yard.
Kay
O’Guinn wanted her ceiling painted to cover leak spots. Larry has told her that she must get her own
ceiling painted. Interior repairs are
not the Association’s responsibility.
BUSINESS:
Cody
Davis has begun painting the buildings on the west side of Andrews Boulevard. She will bill the Association after 5
buildings are completed.
Letters concerning weed cleanup will be sent to Abell’s (269 E), Basham’s (225). Schoen’s (227).
The
Board has requested that Barker’s begin the concrete work at the end of July or
the first of August.
Management will contact Scott Tanner about meeting with the Board to
discuss changes to the documents. It is
time to clean up and update the documents.
The Board would like to change the section about concrete, giving the Association
the responsibility for the entire drive.
The Board would also like to add language concerning rentals in the
community. At this time the Board is
looking to add a lease agreement to the documents and cap rentals in the
community at 5% (4).
The Board has agreed to erect 4 new chimneys
as long as the financials can accommodate it.
Three
White Lick homeowners (2 Board members and 1 homeowner) will meet within a week
to go to the PSG office to review the 2015 books. Stu Mason, Derry Shrock, and Michael Downs
will get together on June 20.
